We have divided the day's festivities into 3 segments [planting, neighbourhood, leading]. In each of these segments:

• The first 30-45 minutes or so will involve a panel discussion in order to hear the story of some of those in the room that have been picked ahead of time to share their story on that particular segment.
• The next 15 minutes or so will be an "open mic" time where anyone can come up and share their story about the specific segment, ask a question, offer a challenge, an idea or some encouragement, etc.
• The final amount of allotted time [an hour or so] is set up for discussion in what we will call "party pods". The room will have eight or so pods and each pod will be dedicated to a certain part of the segment [which will be revealed when you arrive] and everyone is free to merge in and out of the pods at their wish... be involved in discussion that is of interest to you.
